The George is loaded with amenities: a resort-style pool and spa, a rooftop lounge, a yoga room, a pet spa, a fitness center, a coffee room, a business center, a conference room, a clubhouse, on-site storage, and even on-site dry cleaning, all with no monthly amenity fee. Food-truck events add to the lifestyle. Most spaces are open from 5 AM to midnight, with 24-hour coffee and package lockers.
Yes, The George welcomes up to two pets per apartment home, and there's an on-site pet spa for grooming. Breed and weight restrictions apply, so confirm your pet qualifies with the leasing team before applying. The walkable stadium-district location is a plus for dog owners.
The George charges a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet, due at lease signing, plus $50 per month in pet rent per pet. There's no separate one-time pet fee beyond the deposit. Budgeting for both upfront keeps your move-in costs accurate.
Each apartment at The George includes one free parking space, with additional spaces available for $100/month. Parking runs through the Reliant system, and guest parking is digital, residents get eight 24-hour and four 12-hour guest passes each month. Including a free resident space adds value next to a busy stadium district.
Utilities are not included at The George. Residents cover gas, electric, water, trash, sewer, cable, and internet, invoiced monthly by email through Conservice. Factoring these in alongside parking and pet costs gives you a clear monthly total.
Plan for a $62.02 application fee per adult plus a security deposit: $500 for a studio, $600 for a one-bedroom, $700 for a two-bedroom, and $800 for a three-bedroom (on approved credit). The application fee is non-refundable and due at submission. Note that residents and guests use wristbands for amenity access, with guest wristbands available to rent.
Household income generally needs to be at least 2.7 times the monthly rent at The George. If you earn at least 2 times the rent, you may qualify through The Guarantors program. The George doesn't add traditional guarantors to the lease but works with The Guarantors program for applicants who need flexibility, and it accepts Section 8 housing vouchers.
The George offers 12-month lease terms. The leasing team can confirm current availability and help line up your move-in date. Reach out early if you have a specific floor plan in mind.
